Finding All Crosses of Saint James in Bloodlines 2
In the expansive world of Bloodlines 2, players are tasked with numerous collection quests, among which is the search for the elusive Crosses of Saint James. This particular mission is assigned by Patience, an enigmatic vampire who has transformed the backroom of Aurora Pawn into her personal art space. Locating all nine of these crosses is crucial not only for completing Patience's quest but also for earning the 'Crucifixation' achievement and deepening your in-game relationship with her. These items are scattered across various havens in Seattle, and although some may be discovered while playing as Fabien, only those retrieved by the Nomad character, Phyre, will count towards your progress. This comprehensive guide details the precise whereabouts of each of these nine sacred artifacts.
The first Cross of Saint James is conveniently located directly outside Phyre's primary haven. Navigate to the second floor of the apartment building and direct your attention to the area surrounding the Christmas tree. The cross is openly displayed on one of the wrapped presents, making it a straightforward find for the observant player. Next, a cross awaits discovery near Lou's quarters within the Glacier Hotel. Ascend to the highest floor via the elevator and proceed towards her Seattle lookout point. Instead of making the usual left turn, continue along the balcony until you encounter a historical photograph of Seattle, where the cross is conspicuously embedded.
Another Cross of Saint James can be found within the vibrant Makom Bar. Upon entering Fletcher's sophisticated piano establishment, make your way to the rear storage room of the bar. Tucked away in the back left, the cross is strikingly impaled in the top of a barrel. Following this, the next artifact is situated at Benny's Auto Repair shop, the place where Max is first encountered. Immediately after entering, veer to the right and search the pegboard; the cross is artfully hung amongst a collection of tools. Subsequently, a cross is hidden inside Katsumi's establishment, the Hole in the Wall. Positioned on the same side of the room where Katsumi typically resides, players should turn around and examine the dartboard on the wall, as the cross appears to have been repurposed as a makeshift game piece.
The Weaver Tower holds another Cross of Saint James. Head to the floor frequented by Ryong and Safia. After exiting the elevator, turn right to find the cross lodged in the armrest of one of the lobby's couches. A particularly accessible cross is located within the backroom of Aurora Pawn, mere steps from Patience's small cubicle. Upon entering this area, glance upwards and to the right; the cross is conspicuously stabbed into a poster depicting a woman. Continue your search at the Wake the Dead cafe. Inspect the shelves to the right of Mrs. Thorn, where the cross is openly displayed within the pages of an open book. Finally, the last cross awaits in The Dutchman. After gaining entry, proceed to the back-left corner of Silky's club and enter the ground-floor bathroom. The final Cross of Saint James is strikingly embedded in a shattered mirror situated above the sink.
Successfully gathering all nine Crosses of Saint James not only fulfills Patience's request and earns the 'Crucifixation' achievement but also significantly enhances Phyre's standing with Patience, potentially opening up new narrative pathways or interactions. These collectibles, strategically placed throughout Seattle's diverse locations, offer an engaging side quest for players eager to explore every corner of Bloodlines 2's rich environment.
